ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL 1/3

OP(MD) No.2291 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.2291 of 2025 on 06/02/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 36 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.2291 of 2025 on 06/02/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.2291 of 2025 on 06/02/2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.''
