ORDER

The Criminal Revision case is directed against the order dated 01.03.2017 passed in Cr.M.P.No.3148 of 2016 in C.C.No.271 of 2012 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the trial itself has already been completed and the matter stands posted for Judgment. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also endorse the same.

3. Since the trial itself has already been completed and the case stands posted for Judgment nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.
