This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and her husband on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that the Petitioner's husband wanted in Crime No.322 of 2022. When the third Respondent had issued summons, the Petitioner had approached this Court by filing this petition. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents herein are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1.
