ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2904 of 2015 in C.C.No.103 of 2014 on the file of the Learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, dismissing the discharge application.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.02.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the trial in C.C.No.103 of 2014, on the file of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Eraniel, was completed and judgment was also passed and therefore, the case was adjourned for verification and report.

3.Today (i.e.01.03.2021), it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the learned Magistrate had already passed the judgment of acquittal for all the accused and as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
