ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus, to direct the second respondent to pay subsistence allowance in tune with the revised scale of pay together with encashment of earned leave, unearned leave, special provident fund, etc., by considering the petitioners representation dated 15.07.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned standing counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and sent to the Audit Department for their approval which may require twelve(12) weeks time.

4. Recording the same, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2025 to its logical conclusion within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
