ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to enquire into the petitioner's compliant / representation, dated 06.08.2025, complete the enquiry and file a Final Report before the concerned Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner.
