O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that a separate patta was issued to the fourth respondent under Patta No.5658 in respect of the Survey No.319/2A8B. After submitting an application dated 12.08.2025 for cancellation of such separate patta, present Writ Petition has been filed for early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the petitioner's application for cancellation would be disposed of within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The patta in respect of 20.25 ares in Survey No.319/2A8B 2/5

currently stands in the name of the fourth respondent. Whether such patta was issued after subdividing Survey No.319/2A8 is a matter that warrants consideration by the third respondent. This exercise has to be conducted after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. In view of such direction, notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition is dispensed with.

4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2025 and dispose of the same within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
