ORDER

When the matter was called, Mr.P.Sivachandran, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who appeared through virtual mode, submitted that the petitioner had filed this revision case seeking enhancement of maintenance amount and during the pendency of this revision case, the petitioner had contracted a second marriage. Therefore, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this revision case and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 2.This Court had directed the learned Counsel for the petitioner to file a memo to that effect and passed over the case by 01.30 pm. Thereafter, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sent a memo duly signed by him and the same is also recorded. 3.Based on the filing of the memo and the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not pressed.
