After submitting a representation dated 23.07.2025 for cancellation of the patta No.540, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking disposal thereof.

2. The petitioner asserts that he is one of the legal heirs of his father, Vishwasan. Since patta was issued erroneously to the fifth respondent, the petitioner has sought cancellation of such patta by the representation dated 23.07.2025.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits after 2/5

providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent.

4. In view of the above submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 23.07.2025 on merits after putting the petitioner and the fifth respondent on notice and providing them a reasonable opportunity. The representation shall be disposed of within a maximum period of twelve
