Heard both sides.

2.The land in question has been classified as held over land. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his favour. He has given representation dated 12.08.2025 in this regard. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and interested persons if any and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
