Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notification in Notification NO.10/2019, dated 12.6.2019 on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal insofar the Note insisting the candidates to obtain the equivalent certificates prior to the last date for submission of filled in online applications and consequently for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue equivalence certificate clarifying that the B.Sc(Zoology)(Vocational) -Industrial Micro Biology awarded by the fifth respondent University as equivalent to B.Sc Zoology for the purpose of public employment by extending the benefit of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.58, School Education, dated 16.8.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has applied for the post of P.G.Assistant (Zoology) based on the notification No.10/2019, dated 12.6.2019 of the fourth respondent. However, after filing of the Writ Petition, in the subsequent recruitment, he got selected. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
