When the case came up for hearing on the previous occasions, there was no representation for the petitioners repeatedly. Therefore, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Today, 26.07.2021, when the case came up for hearing, Mr.G.Kandha Vadivelan, learned counsel appeared through virtual mode on behalf of the petitioners and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision case. That cannot be granted by this Court at this stage.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
