Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner has been serving the third respondent college as a guest lecturer since 2005 till date. The petitioner wants Teaching Experience certificate. Since it was not given, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the certificate was already issued on 02.12.2019.

4. Since the writ petition itself filed in November 2019 is being taken up for final disposal only in October 2022 and the petitioner has put in three more years of experience, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue a fresh Teaching Experience certificate which shall be issued by the third respondent and countersigned by the second respondent. Such certificate shall be issued within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ 2/4
