2.The revision petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.144 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Usilampatti. The petitioner filed I.A.No.27 of 2021 for rejection of plaint. It was dismissed. Challenging the same, this civil revision petition came to be filed.
3.Considering the overall facts and circumstances, instead of going into the issue raised in this civil revision petition, interest of justice will be served by directing the learned Sub Judge, Usilampatti to dispose of O.S.No.144 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to cooperate for early disposal. The learned trial Judge is requested not to seek extension of time.
4.With the aforesaid direction to the Court below for speedy disposal, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
