2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that they have been instructed by their client to withdraw the case. The memo is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
