Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2025 within the time as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 4 to consider his representation dated 11.08.2025 to take action against the respondents 6 to 9, who are employees cum Directors of the Company, by name, Neomax Properties Private Limited.

2. According to the petitioner, he had invested a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- in the said Company on the promise that they will return the said sum with huge returns and thereafter, the said Company had failed to keep up the promise.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that many victims of the alleged offence committed by the said Neomax Properties Private Limited had already filed complaints, which are pending investigation on the file of the Economic Offence Wing, Madurai; that on the complaint given by the petitioner, he was called for enquiry for his appearance on 04.09.2025 along with the relevant documents; that if the petitioner's case is found to be genuine, he would be treated as one of the victims in the earlier Crime No.3 of 2023, which is pending investigation on the file of the Economic Offence Wing; and that though a preliminary final report has been filed, in the 3/6

additional final report, the petitioner would be shown as a victim, subject to his establishing that he was also a victim of the offence.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the direction as prayed for by the petitioner need not be issued. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
