Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURALI KUMAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18775 of 2022, dated 26.10.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain un-altered.
