ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the enquiry, which was initiated by way of protest petition lodged by the writ petitioner from registering any document presented by a particular third party.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, an enquiry notice has been issued by the third respondent to appear on 26.10.2022. The petitioner has already submitted his objection on 31.10.2022. The 2/5

third party has already presented a document, which is pending and hence, there is some urgency for concluding the said enquiry.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity to the writ petitioner and the private party, who has presented the document for registration.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
