ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in C.A.No.29 of 2015, dated 29.02.2016 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tuticorin and the judgment passed in M.C.No.37 of 2012, dated 13.03.2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin.

2.Today (i.e. 19.03.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the matter was settled between the parties at Lok Adalat organized by the District Legal Services Authority, Tuticorin on 08.12.2018. The learned counsel for the respondents would endorse the same. Since the matter was settled between the parties at Lok Adalat, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision. 3.In the result, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
