The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the judgment of conviction passed in C.A.No.11 of 2016, dated 28.11.2016 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, confirming the judgment in C.C.No.104 of 2008, dated 18.03.2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi, 2.Today (i.e. 16.03.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / accused has filed a memo stating that the petitioner / accused died on 24.09.2019. The learned counsel for the respondent would endorse the same. The Memo is recorded.
