ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3244 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamudhi, Ramanathapuram District.

2.Today, 01.07.2021, when the case came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Revision Case had been filed seeking custody of money that was seized by the Election Officials during the election time and he seeks a short https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C.(MD) No.76 of 2017 adjournment on the ground that he needs instructions from the trial Court lawyer, who appeared for the accused and also he wants to verify whether the charge sheet had been laid or not? 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that charge sheet had been filed and the same had been taken on file by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi, Ramanathapuram District in S.T.C.No.375 of 2019.

4.In view of the above, this Revision Case is dismissed with a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi, Ramanathapuram District, to proceed with the trial. Until the case is disposed of after full trial, the money seized by the Election Officials need not be returned to any of the parties.
