Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure COde praying to quash the process issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai under Sec 82 of Cr.P.C.Vide D.No.2801 of 2019 dt 21.10.2019 in regard with the proclamation against this revision petitioner in S.C.No.389 of 2018 in connection with Cr.No.514 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order passed in the petition on 09.01.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.William Christopher, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order.

Even before the order copy made ready, this Court entertained certain doubts and thereby the matter was posted under the caption 'For Clarification'.

2. Taking into consideration the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai on or before 23.01.2020, the order was passed. Since the order copy was not made ready, this Court now directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai on or before 06.02.2020.
