ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the the representation / application dated 20.06.2024 for issuance of patta.

2. It is informed that on 04.07.2024, a communication has been addressed to the petitioner calling upon him to produce the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the earlier patta holder and also to submit an application through online.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall make an online application along with requisite documents such such death certificate and legal heirship certificate of the earlier patta holder within a period of one week from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order and within a period of six weeks therefrom, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders. No costs.
