O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to the set aside the impugned order, dated 11/7/2023 passed in Cr.MP.No. 2809/2023 in STC No.60/2020 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to complete the his/defence side witness in STC No.60 of 2020 within one day.

3.Based on the undertaking given by the petitioner, the impugned order, dated 11/7/2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam in Cr.M.P.No.2809 of 2023 in STC No.60 of 2020 is hereby set aside. The petitioner is directed to lead the defence side witness on 19.10.2023 and complete the same on the same day itself. Thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam is directed to complete the trial process in STC No.60 of 2020, within a period of one month.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
