ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2731 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.273 of 2016, dated 20.09.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Karaikudi.

2.Today (i.e. 17.03.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled between the parties in the Lok-Adalat on 09.12.2017 and he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. There is no representation for the respondent.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
