ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the judgment of conviction passed in C.A.No.26 of 2016 dated 31.10.2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kumbakonam, confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence in S.T.C.No.2273 of 2013 dated 22.03.2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam. 2.Today (i.e. 16.03.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / accused has filed a memo stating that the petitioner / accused died on 05.01.2019. The learned counsel for the respondent would endorse the same. The Memo is recorded.
