This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirapalli to dispose the petition in Cr.M.P.No. 1817 of 2018 in Crime No. 144 of 2015 filed by the petitioner.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the enquiy is pending.

3.
