ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Tirunelveli in FIR in Crime No.258/2011, dated 06.12.2011 in respect of A1 viz., Sathish.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the First Information Report registered by the first respondent Police has already been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos. 9751 and 9717 of 2018, vide order dated 26.06.2018 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case. The said memo is recorded.

3. In view of the fact that the First Information Report registered by the first respondent Police in Crime Nos.258 and 259 of 2011 have already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos. 9751 and 9717 of 2018, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.R.C(MD).No.836 of 2017 survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
