ORDER
The Criminal Revision case is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.932 of 2017 in M.C.No.14 of 2015 order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai allowing the prayer for taking DNA test. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter is settled between the parties before the Mediation and that he may be permitted to not press the revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
