This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to close the quarrying done by the fourth respondent in S.No.772/1A1, 772/1A2 in Mavoor Village, Tolaiyanur Post, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Writ Petition (MD).No.24510 of 2019 petitioner, dated 16.09.2019.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the Government has issued G.O (3D).No.16, Industries (MME.2) Department, dated 13.08.2019 granting permission for quarrying of Multi Colour Granite in the aforesaid patta land. A copy of the said Government Order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
