ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.825 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Keeranur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband pointed out that another transfer civil miscellaneous petition was filed with the same prayer in Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.326 of 2019 before this Court and the same was dismissed for default on 11.11.2019.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is not maintainable. However, it if for the wife to take steps to restore Tr.C.M.P(MD).No.326 of 2019.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
