O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his staffs while fencing the land in S.No.522/1B, Karukulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the representation made by the petitioner is pending with the respondent police and they will enquire the same within the stipulated by this Court.

3.Let the above said representation dated 18.09.2023, be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties and also by finding out the ground situation. Depending upon the enquiry, the parties shall workout their remedies through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
