This Petition has been filed to set aside the judgment made in C.A.No.23 of 2015 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, dated 05.07.2017, confirming the judgment made in C.C.No.377 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, dated 23.02.2025 acquitting the respondents for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 120(B) of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is died and the charge as against the petitioner itself is abated.
