The petitioner claims that he is intending to start a hollow block manufacturing unit, for which he has obtained all necessary permission from the authorities. However, his application for grant of permit from the Pollution Control Board has not been accorded and it is pending for the past four months. Hence, this petition. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
