This petition is filed to to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 287 of 2021 pending on the file of the fifth respondent to the sixth respondent or any other Independent Agency under the direct supervision of the respondents 3 & 4 and further to file the final report in the said cases within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation is completed and the matter is referred as 'Un Detected' and the RCS notice bearing Receipt No.452704 has already been served on the petitioner. 2/4

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
