ORDER

Mr.N.Dilipkumar learned Standing Counse takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner has made an application to the respondent bank along with a bill given by the educational institution seeking grant of educational loan for her daughter. Since the respondent failed to grant educational loan, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Standing Counsel would submit that the procedure adopted in respect of granting educational loan is that the applicant should apply through online in the prescribed format. On receipt of such application, the bank will take further action. Mere representation to grant educational loan will not satisfy the procedure adopted for grant of educational loan. 4.Considering the said submission, a direction is given to the petitioner to make an application for grant of loan as per the procedure and on receipt of such application, the respondent bank is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.24645 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
