O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No. 43/2023 dated 01.04.2023, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The petitioner, who is the eighth accused, facing charges under Sections 147, 294(b), 342, 323, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.43 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police. The above said case was registered on 01.04.2023. Setting out various grounds, the petitioner come forward with this petition to quash the above said FIR.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. But, the same was not taken on file.

4.There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to process the above said final report in this case within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final 2/4

report he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
