2.Today(29.11.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has filed a final report in Crime No.347 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Athur on 27.11.2024 and the same was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate and notice was issued to the defacto complainant, since the respondent police has filed the final report, by deleting four of the named accused. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this contempt petition is closed. 29.11.2024 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No vrn 2/4
