This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to forthwith convene a Peace Committee Meeting to enable entire family members of the petitioner to participate in the "Boomi Poojai" in A/m.Sri Navaneetha Gopala Krishna Perumal Temple, situated in Nanamadai, Akkavayal Post, Sooranam Via, Ilayankudi Gtaluk, Sivagangai District scheduled on 22.11.2019 or any dated thereafter and all other festivals and celebrations in the temple as per the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2019.

(MD) No.24502 of 2019 2.Without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation dated 15.11.2019, after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits, as expeditiously as possible. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
