O RDER This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor / 3rd Respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of the High Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4620 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.1128 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, there was understanding between the parties, by which, the respondent undertook to settle the issue that was also accepted by this petitioner, by the statement dated 09.08.2023. 3.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even after the above said closure and undertaking given by the counter party, he has not complied the above said undertaking. If it is so, he can make another complaint against the private respondent before the second respondent herein. Nothing survives for further consideration or discussion.
