The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the divorce petition in I.A.No.01 of 2023 in unnumbered H.M.O.P.No. Of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Trichy. 2.Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this petition on the instructions of his client and that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement in that regard. 3.Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

4.Accordingly, in view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
