The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Nagercoil, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1336 of 2016 in M.C.No.24 of 2010, dated 10.11.2017 filed under Section 127 of Cr.P.C.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.16.02.2021), the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner's son had attained majority and there is nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents is present and endorsed the said version. The memo is recorded. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
