PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's brother viz., Rajkumar, son of Chandrasekar, aged about 31 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, since the petitioner's brother's life is in danger on the hands of the third respondent.

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's brother viz., Rajkumar, son of Chandrasekar, aged about 31 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, since the petitioner's brother's life is in danger on the hands of the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the detenu was arrested by the Surya Nagar Police Station, Bengaluru Rural, on 16.11.2019 in Crime No.274 of 2019 and was produced before the learned II nd Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Karnataka State and has been remanded to judicial custody.

3. In view of the above development, no orders can be passed in this Petition and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, by recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
