The present writ petition has been filed challenging the rejection order dated 15.11.2019.
2.Heard Mr.S.Muthuvel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The main grievance of the petitioner is that he got degree from Annamalai University and such degree was approved by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.87 of 2005 dated 11.07.2005.

4.However, the said contention was stoutly objected by the learned Additional Government Pleader and would submit that according to the notification, the qualification has been specifically prescribed wherein it has been mentioned that the Co-operative Training must have been obtained as per the circular No.29/2013 dated 18.07.2013. Admittedly, the petitioner did not get the above qualificaiton. Whereas, the petitioner has a certificate obtained from the Annamalai University, and sought to be equivalent to as prescribed under the notification. In this regard, he relied on G.O.Ms.No.87 dated 11.07.2005 dated 11.07.2005 of the Co-operative Department. 5.At this Juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would invite the attention of this Court about the earlier judgment of the learned single Judge in W.P.(MD)Nos.20924 of 2019 etc., batch, wherein the learned single Judge has discussed the Circular No.29/2013 dated 18.07.2013 and according to the circular, Co-operative Training should be under the following subjects viz., (i)Co-operation;
(ii)Book Keeping;
(iii)Banking; and (iv)Auditing.

6.But, in the case in hand, the petitioner could not substantiate before the authority concerned that they have obtained qualification in those subjects and he only pleaded for an equivalent. This Court is not an expert to go into the equivalent aspect. Apart from that, having admitted the notification and participated in the examination, the petitioner cannot challenge such notification after his application was rejected. Admittedly, in the case in hand, notification is not challenged by the petitioner. 7.In view of the above, this Court does not find any merit in the Writ Petition and hence, the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
