ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Sub Court at Kuzhithurai to dispose of the E.P.No.16 of 2011 in O.S No.55 of 1997.
2. Since the prayer is only for a direction to the Sub Court, Kuzhithurai, to dispose of the E.P.No.16 of 2011 in O.S No.55 of 1997, this Court directs the Sub Court, Kuzhithurai, to dispose of the E.P.No. 16 of 2011 in O.S No.55 of 1997 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
3. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
