The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's non duty period from 07.04.1991 to 19.04.1998 as leave on loss of pay for the purpose of continuity of service on the basis of her representations dated 25.09.2019 and 02.11.2019.

2. The petitioner states that she was appointed as ESI Staff Nurse at Chennai and thereafter, she was transferred to Marurai Rajaji Hospital on 11.08.1986. She was transferred to Saudi Arabia on 07.04.1988 on deputation. The grievance of the petitioner is that the duty period from 07.04.1991 to 19.04.1998 was not regularized. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation, however, no decision has been taken by the Competent Authorities.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.24598 of 2019 representations, dated 25.09.2019 and 02.11.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by verifying her service records, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
