RR1 to 3 are impleaded vide order dated 07.01.2022 in W.M.P(MD). No.19088 of 2021 in W.P(MD).No.24656 of 2019. (R4 is impleaded vide order dated 01.02.2022.) PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned award of the Labour Court, Madurai made in I.D.No.92 of 2017 dated 27.06.2019 and quash the same.

Strangely, this Writ Petition has been filed without an official respondent to maintain the same. When this is pointed out, the petitioner promptly files a memo seeking formal impleadment of the Labour Court, Madurai, as fourth respondent.

2. Acceding to the request made under Memo dated 01.02.2022, the Labour Court is arrayed as fourth respondent. Amendments be made to the cause title. Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R4.

3. As far as the merits are concerned, the respondents have filed Memo dated 01.02.2022 stating that both petitioner as well as private respondents have settled the lis amicably, out of Court. The respondents confirm receipt of a sum of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) vide Demand Draft No.457608 dated 31.01.2022 as a one-time settlement of all outstandings.

4.Recording this, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
