ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking orders to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in No.A5/M.C.No.327/2019, dated 07.11.2019 (107) on the file of the first respondent and quash the same against the petitioners. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that in the impugned notice, the petitioners were directed to execute bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties to keep good behaviour for one year and appear before the first respondent on 18.11.2019 and that the period has already been expired and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
