PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to Stay all further proceedings in connection with the case in Cr.No.161/2021 dated on 17/12/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police herein and pending disposal of the above case in Crl.O.P No.17576 of 2023.

O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.161/2021 dated 17.12.2021 on the file of the Respondent Police, within stipulated time frame may be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner who is the accused facing charges in Crime No.161 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 395 and 511 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case is of the year 2021, so far no final report has been filed. However, today there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case have been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram.

4.Since the final report has been field before the concerned Court, there is nothing survives for further consideration in this Case. 2/4
