O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of impugned FIR in Crime No.9 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as the Petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, it has taken cognizance in in C.C.No.436 of 2023 and it is posted to 09.06.2023 for appearance.

3. There shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, to comply the order that is passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9956 of 2023.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
